This is an intensive refresher course designed for law graduates transitioning into professional sphere. This course will cover a wide range of modules such as
1. The Maldivian Legal System
2. Criminal law and Procedure
3. Constitutional law and Administrative Law
4. Contract Law and Practice
5. Land law and Practice
6. Tort Law
By bridging the gap between academic theory and practical applications required for national licensing standards, students will refine their analytical abilities and master the skills expected of a newly qualified lawyer.
This course utilizes a dual-language approach (English and Dhivehi) to mirror the professional standards of the Maldives, and it features a heavy emphasis on multiple choice assessments techniques, ensuring candidates can navigate complex legal scenarios with precision and speed
This is a 3 month course and students pay 1000 rf per month and have the opportunity to opt out if required.
