Understanding the Maldivian Justice System is a course designed to cover 6 main areas of the Maldivian justice system, these areas are, constitutional law, company law, contract law, employment law, criminal law and the Courts system.
This course is designed to cover the general principles of all these areas and evaluate the Maldivian justice system by going through the main legislations in each area.
A comparative study is done in each area between the Maldivian law and the best practices to critically evaluate these areas.
Additionally, The course will help students to develop critical thinking skills essential for legal practices.
